Where is Racing Solutions located and how do I get there?

Can I order if I live outside of the United States?
We do accept international orders, with certain conditions.  We do ship to APO/FPO Military addresses and accept credit cards as payment, as long as that address verifies with your credit card company.  All other international orders must be prepay or wire transfer only.  Our online system does not allow the completion of online orders at this time.  Please contact us via e-mail at sales@RacingSolutions.com to discuss placing an order with us.  We have several shipping companies to ship to your location. We will work with you to choose the best shipping for your order when you contact us.


Is it safe to use my credit card for an online purchase?
Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our Internet site is built on the MerchandiZer (tm) system which utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)  Nevertheless, if you prefer, we also offer you the option of submitting your order by telephone at (940) 683-0078. All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.
 

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will only apply to residents of Texas, but not to any other US state or the rest of the world.  The tax rate is 8.25% and is added only to products, not to shipping expenses.
 

How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accepts checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified & cleared our bank which can take up to 2 weeks.  We also ship COD, please read our Terms for more details on COD services.

How much will my shipping charges be?
During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from which you can pick the one that suits you. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes (if applicable) are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.  If you are ordering a body kit, shipping internationally, shipping to APO/FPO, or if the UPS server is down, you will be given a cost of $0.00 for shipping.  We will e-mail you the correct cost before we finalize your order.
 

How do I track my order?
There are two ways to track your order.  First, when the order ships from here you will receive an e-mail from pkginfo@ups.com that says Racing Solutions has sent you a package.  Second, if you ordered online, you can go to the "You and Your Order" page and you will receive details about any outstanding or back orders, and their status.  This only works if you placed your order online.  If you called your order in, you will be e-mailed a tracking number.
 

What if I need to return my order?
Please see our Terms page for full details and conditions on Returns.  If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.  We suggest using UPS, insured US Postal Service, or some other insurable and trackable shipping service for your protection.  IF YOU DO NOT INSURE THE BOX AND THE PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DOES NOT ARRIVE HERE THEN YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND OF ANY KIND, PERIOD!  Do not send a Return in to us without an RGA number.  Read our Terms page for more details on this.


What does Racing Solutions do to protect my information?
We have taken every precaution to protect all of your personal information. Only assigned persons here have information to your credit card, and your card number never appears on any paper. We do NOT sell your e-mail address or any other information about you to any third party company.


When will my order ship?
If your order is placed before 2:00 P.M. CST, your order will ship the same day unless notified otherwise. If your order is placed after 2:00 P.M. CST, your order will ship the following business day. If the item you have ordered is not in stock we will notify you with an approximate date of when it will ship.
